Monthly Process:Online preparation of CHALLAN through ESIC WEB PORTAL for depositing into BANK within prescribed time limit as per act.
In case of accident or demised employee, Filing Required Information in the ESIC Web Page for online Accident Report Generation Assistance in all assessments & inspection FROM ESI Department as and when required. Replying to notices received from ESIC.
Filing of Contracts Details in the ESIC Web Portal as per New Amendments We will assist in getting Digital Signature key & for uploading in ESIC WEB PAGE. Information about any amendment/changes in the act/rules & also latest judgments on subject will be available in our Web portal under column News

EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND ACT & MISC. ACT
Filing of necessary papers and obtaining PF Registration Code Number THROUGH ONLINE for new establishment within Prescribed time limit as per act
Monthly Process:Filing of PF Contributions/PF Wages online & generation of ECR, PF CHALLAN along with filing details of NEW & EXIT employees.
Online registration & obtaining UAN on the basis of Aadhaar Card. Uploading of documents like Bank Account, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Election Card, Pan Card & Passport as KYC document after allotment of UAN numbers of the employees which will facilitate employees to get their PF settlement within 3 days. We will activate all the employees UAN & provide them the details of their activation.
Filing of Contracts Details in the EPF Web Portal as per New Amendments Filing of Form, No 5 A (Return of Ownership),& specimen signature card. Assistance in all assessments & inspection FROM PF Department including 7A HEARING under EPF ACT. We will assist in getting Digital Signature key & for uploading in EPF WEB PAGE. Information about any amendment/changes in the act/rules & also latest judgments on subject will be available in our Web portal under column News
ASSISTANCE TO PF SUBSCRIBERS
We will assist the employees by Uploading of Nomination, Online Transfer claim etc., on behalf of employeesand also any corrections in Name, Date of birth etc., getting the issue solved through online or through EPFO department.
